I have been missing in action but now I am back! I am revamping the series, starting anew, with where I've been the last two years. We get into life as we know it, the good, the bad, the ugly. Shed some light on things that have happened, new experiences, new challenges, and some real vulnerabilities. We all go through stuff and it's ok to acknowledge the struggles and the strides. Creating a safe space for all of us!

Why are we always so worried if we are worth their time? What about if they are worth ours? Listen in this week as I talk about new dating, the changes that happen after a few months and how to protect yourself and your worth! 

How much do you invest in someone? How fast do you invest? Do you let someone prove their worth to you before you give them your heart? These are all super important questions you should ask yourself in dating. You are worth it. Chris and I talk about some of our experiences, advice on how to slow down and watch how someone is investing in you.

How many of us have been ghosted or done it to someone else? I know I have. A recent poll I took on social media showed 45% agree they ghost and 55% said no way. Listen in this week as my guest and I talk about ghosting; from the perspective of being ghosted and to ghosting others. Hear us talk about the funny side, our personal ghosting stories, but also talk about how our society today handles it in dating today.

Not all narcissist are the same. I've come to learn that narcissism comes in many different packages, some masked in innocence and some labeled with flashing danger signs. Listen in this week as I share my personal story and experiences I have had dating an extreme narcissist. I'll share about my last relationship, red flags, bizarre behaviors, and not being ashamed of the healing process.
