    I was fortunate enough to sit down and chat with Kris and talk briefly about his journey into Ironman and pick his brain on how he goes about his nutrition, training, and recovery. He dives into some of the details of how he started into ironman and how he left a life of addiction behind and has been all-in on Triathlons since.     How does someone try to do it all?  Well, Mandy has a pretty good idea. College athlete transformed into an outdoor enthusiast who participates in all the activities. Mandy truly makes use of her fitness and trains hard just to be able to do more, and challenge what she is capable of.
