UNFINISHED - we all are
by Claire
A new podcast, by Claire Harbour, aims at highlighting how we are all,as human beings, still not “finished”. And making a virtue of it…Those of us who care and get curious about our inner selves, our waysof showing up in life and work, tend to be working on some aspect ofour personal or professional leadership at all times. And, we inevitablycontinue to have blind spots and weaknesses.Using an interview process loosely based on the Proustianquestionnaire style, I wish to dig deep into what the most “worked-on”people in the world are still striving for. I want to inspire anyone andeveryone to do better and be greater.I have a personal mission to reduce the level of “crappyleadership” in this world. Listening in here to these world-class leaders from all walks of life will contribute to this objective, I am certain.I’d be so grateful if you’d spread the word

Ange is one of my oldest and dearest friends, and despite no longer living in the same city, we constantly egg each other on in our growth exploits. She is the epitome of the "unfinished" philosophy, bringing her love of the mountains and water to her beyond resilience work, and constantly exploring new ideas and opportunities to grow her self and her impact. She's not done yet!

UNFINISHED 2 Gianpiero Petriglieri (GP to his friends)
Gianpiero is the epitome of the idea of being unfinished. He is a professor at the intersection of philosophy, psychology and management. A full-blown example of self-leadership.His role as professor at INSEAD, author of articles in all the august journals, and one of the world's most most sought-after leadership teachers and keynote speakers make for impressive reading. For me, he is just "GP" - it's what his friends call him, as you will discover in this beautiful, intimate, touching episode.

UNFINISHED 1 Janine Mathó
In this inaugural episode, recorded live and shared un-edited, Janine shares raw and deliberately unpolished, her work, on herself, for the world. We explore what it's like to be still working on ourselves, and remind ourselves that it's never done anyway. She's unfinished, I am unfinished, and we all are.Her favorite inspiring leadership and creativity books are to be found here:https://linktr.ee/claire.harbour
