Unsolved: The multi-million case

Venus is a 21-year-old detective whose life is dominated by solving the murder of his sister, Emmeline smith. Emmeline was murdered in 2010 and the killer was never brought to justice. His fellow detectives say he doesn’t have the funds to solve it and it haunts him in his sleep every night giving him night terrors.
