    12: Voices of Remembrance

    This November, the ABF has planted almost 50 Remembrance crosses in the Field of Remembrance. Each cross is handwritten with a tribute from an ABF beneficiary or supporter to a fallen comrade or loved one who served in the Army. These dedications include messages from fellow veterans such as Mark Harding, from Cumbria, and a host of broadcasters and entertainers, such as Bear Grylls and James Blunt, together with author and broadcaster, Gyles Brandreth, who also attended the opening ceremony with the ABF’s chief executive, Major General Tim Hyams CB OBE.

    11: Voices of VJ Day - 80 years on

    Released to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VJ Day, this podcast explores pivotal moments in the Burma campaign during World War Two, which saw a million men from across the Commonwealth unite against the Japanese.
