Episode 4 Mary Gentile "Giving Voice to Values"

On this episode of the “Waves of Change Podcast”, I explore with Mary Gentile, Creator/Director of Giving Voice to Values her leadership journey and how values have been a central part to that. Mary was our guest on our World Values Day webinar on “Bringing Values to Life in Organisations and Systems” and I wrote about what she had to say on “The Values Mismatch Dilemma”. Mary was so inspiring I wanted to bring her back for a longer chat. It is an episode jam packed with practical tips on how to give voice to your own and your organisations values.

  2. 3

Episode 3 Neil Hawkes "The Inner Work of Values"

Values work is not a one-off process. It requires a lot of inner work. On this episode of the “Waves of Change Podcast”, I explore with Neil Hawkes, Values Based Education Pioneer and Author how the inner work of values are the foundations of a values-based leader.

  3. 2

Episode 2 Nicola Hepenstall “Humanising Change Through Stories”

Large scale system changes often fail, as the most important element is left out. The human element. On this episode of the “Waves of Change Podcast”, I explore with Nicola Hepenstall, Researcher, Storyteller and Social Change Marketer, how when we move from seeing people as numbers, to names with a story, we humanise change.

    Episode 1 Alexandria Joy (AJ)

Today's guest, AJ, Alexandria Joy is on a mission to accelerate the evolution of a more conscious world through sustainable company cultures and communities. With a background in corporate communications, she began her career in healthcare (where we first met some 25years ago) and held positions in the education and occupational health and safety sector. She has spent over two decades helping leaders and managers heal their culture to find their sweet spot where they can do less and achieve more. AJ is the Chief Empowerment Officer at UQ Power. AJ is also a founding board member of the Got Your Back Sista a registered charity helping women to live independently after escaping the trauma of domestic violence. There is a whole heap of inspiring stuff about AJ including that she is a qualified yoga teacher and undergoing a two-year program to become a trained Yoga Medicine Therapist. Join me as we explore with AJ what she has learned from her various transitions in her career and from managing and leading change. Show Notes: http://www.flyntrok.com/
