    Hello and welcome to Wellness in Progress, a space where all aspects of well-being come together: mind, body, emotions, and spirit.I’ve always been fascinated by the way why we think the way we do, why we feel what we feel, and how we can actually change it for the better of course. For years, I struggled with my own limiting beliefs, trying to understand who I was and why I couldn’t just “be okay”.Until one day, I decided I wanted to be happy once and for all, and I was finally willing to do the work.Here, I share that work and my journey, the messy, curious, deeply human kind of stuff. I’ve been rewiring the subconscious mind, shifting from masculine to feminine energy, setting boundaries to finding safety in love, this is a space for honest conversations about healing, growth, and transformation.Along the way, you’ll hear from inspiring guests, thinkers, creators, and everyday people who’ve manifested amazing things and redefined what wellness means to them. Together, we’ll explore mental health, manifestation, relationships, spirituality, and the science behind personal evolution.This podcast isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being in progress, and learning to build a life that feels good from the inside out.
