What made you brave?

Since March 2020, so many people began working from home, we have all had the time to reflect on our careers & really ask the question, 'is my job really fulfilling me?' or 'Am I in the right career?'So many people have confided in me, that they are no longer happy in their jobs & it really made me think, how do we decide our career path? What happens when a person decides the job they doing no longer makes them happy?To that end, I began interviewing business owners & past colleagues, people who have made drastic career changes in their lives. These conversations were so inspiring, I realized they could really help people who were stuck in a rut in their jobs.The goal is to help motivate people who are no longer happy in their careers, help people to understand that a career path is not a straight one, but a winding road that has ups & downs & can change over time.If you like, please feel free to share!
