    Exploring the wider context of Trauma Informed Practise from frontline, supervisory and systems change perspectives

    In this episode Moira Hutton (Sexual Violence Service Manager), explores the nuances of working in a trauma informed way by catching up with three Trauma Informed professionals.Ananya Reynolds is a qualified counsellor who offers one to one support at Calan’s inhouse sexual violence service, The Lotus Project.Nathalie Griffiths is a BACP accredited psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and group supervisor for charities working with trauma.Hazel Renouf is the Trauma Informed Systems Manager for the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board.

It is a crime and kills over two women a week in England and Wales.  We should not stand by or accept violence against women, domestic abuse or sexual violence in our communities. The Don’t be a Bystander Podcast brings together professionals within Wales and a survivor of domestic abuse to talk about the importance of the Don’t be a Bystander initiative and how the Beauty Industry can support this approach.
