One of the harder to find whiskeys if you do not make your way to the Evan Williams Experience in Louisville, KY is Square 6, a whiskey made at the Evan Williams Experience location. There are a few different varieties but we tried the High Rye. It is a very unique whiskey with plenty of flavor for the proof. Well, this was one of those bottles you see and it looks familiar but so different. This bottle was a dusty when I bought it. It was bottled in 2018 and I bought it around 2022-2023. Longbranch was our highest rated bourbon for quite some time. Over time, our palates have changed and we were not sure if we rated it too highly. Although we have never done Blackened, Rob got a killer deal on the Wes Henderson Collab, so we had to do a review of it.
