In this episode of Whiskey in the Stream, the group navigates their way through a series of adventures involving Crazy Tom, a time loop, and the anchors holding them in place. They make critical decisions about their quest, including how to deal with the anchors and the fate of a turtle. As they prepare to dock at Belderi, they engage in shenanigans, ship name changes, and the effects of Mama Bear's special concoctions

So apparently some unusual things happen in Men-nefet involving sheep. Very specific things. Some judgement is applied. The Doomslayers work out what to do with Nigel, Tom and the Turtle and let's hope for the best

Lots of things would have been a better title. "Never a bad time to punch a Nazi," "Asti's romance circle," "Mama Bear's MFK List," "Romance Rhute Starts again." Instead we'll leave this with the terrible plans laid out by fish.

OK, DM thinks he's dropping hints from introduction of a character and then gets the insight later that-nah. The hints were too similar to simple descriptions to count. Take that-me. More importantly, how bad is it with Mama Bear now?

So who's driving this thing? Or, who is at fault for a vehicle collision in international waters with a pedestrian the size of a building? A new voice of reason appears to help the Doomslayers. Send your thoughts to Palokus though as nothing with the Doomslayers is ever easy.

The Doomslayers refuse to be neighbors no matter how many times the nice voice asks. They really hammer the point home with pitfalls, water violations, and wood chipper angels. Real shame about the level design

So a Thumbs Up gesture doesn't always mean a good thing. Turns out, some people lie. While the first explosive introduction goes horribly wrong, Kaylan confronts the next one rather nicely "The amount of fucked you are right now leaves me completely unconcerned."

After the madness of the dungeon, and the swamp, and the journey to this place, the Doomslayers finally get a chance to relax. An easy puzzle trial with a museum-like push button feature. Even the guides give thumbs up! Why are the barrels all red?

Pirates, and discussions on trials commence! After some discussion the group decides to move forward with the trial. What waits them inside Snake Love Island?

Welcome to Snake Love Island! The Doomslayers meet their temporary neighbors, and deal with a conversation that spirals harder than that whirlpool

Redneck Fishing, Mysterious Islands, Consequences and Deception. A quintessential bit of DnD right here that manages to not really progress much plot, but we love it anyway!

The crew must eat and Mama Bear must feed...the crew obscene portions. How will the Doomslayers navigate the churning waters of Mama Bear's (apparent) omniprescence?

The Doomslayer's greatest asset? Their teamwork? Ability to gather an army of NPCs? Chaos incarnate? A war ship? A massive crystal pseudodragon? All pale before the righteous might of Mama Bear.

The Doomslayers do their best to try and save Wolfgang from himself. Will it work? Will he be redeemed? Or will Wolfgang become Wolfgone?

Captain Wolfgang gives a ton of information but a lot of it will need some translation. Not because he's speaking in Goblin, but because the DM's accent skills haven't improved

The Doomslayers tear through the ship, decimating/befriending/capturing everyone in their path. Now there's only the captain left to find, and a new moral quandry for our party. Is the DM finally learning to write characters? Better late than never

The Doomslayers take on a commander esque role and lead their band of definitely-not-cultists through the ship. How will they fair? Who will survive?

It's Scarlet's time to shine as our heroes turn to piracy.

The Doomslayers gather round the campfire for some heartfelt discussions and some plans for murder. Did Norm just give a good speech?

After great effort and several high level spells, the group ponders the reason for their actions

With the dragon driven out, it's time to loot his belongings and investigate what remains. We must break in to every building. Consequences be damned

Time to investigate what remains of the horrors, interrogate some cultists, and have some tea with a lovely little impish fox?

Discretion is the better part of valor, and getting the hell out of dodge is sometimes the right answer.

The battle and Kaylan rage on both leaving devastation in their wake. Clay gets the food bowl treatment, Rhute plays whack a mole, and Kaylan really explores the further reaches of Draconic with the poem: "Falchek, why don't you suck on this wyrm?"

The battle rages on as the Doomslayers unleash righteous hell on the black dragon of the swamp. Let's see if they can keep up the momentum

The terrain is twisted, the insects are angry, and Kaylan's crystal has a bad time trying help. The dice are angry at Rhute for some reason tonight

The Doomslayers trek through the swamp heading towards the dragon within. After a brief conversation with Father, Rhute decides to talk to the trees a bit more directly and things get Hot and Dirty

They're off to see the dragon, the most terrible beast called Basdubh. To whatever, wherever a dragon does because, because, because, because, because! Follow the Swolebold down in the swamps leading his new group

The best way to a community's heart is through unmitigated violence. Nothing says "We come in peace to show you all the evil in front of you" like arterial spray and two smoking pistols. Peace at any cost

The sinister banality of it all. The definitely-not-a-cult town with its normal, definitely-not-a-cult leader sit down to a heart to heart with our Doomslayers. Scarlette said it best about their normal group with "and this lizard man looking fucker next to me with his face wrapped in bandages, yeah we're awkward"

Our heroes have to strike camp in the swamp leading up to the confrontation with Father. Rhute becomes a bug spray and Clay creates an intricate alarm system that even catches mosquitoes.

Things get a little heavy as what were probably meant to be comedic relief NPCs get the hard emotion story connection. The Doomslayers and their players unite in their dedication to destroy the greatest villain they've never met

Becky and Deltest have seemed to pass and then fail their own test, but they try to redeem themselves by trying to be useful to the Doomslayers. Is Norm ok? He's acting a bit strange

Rhute takes flight and meets a truly Good natured person, and the Doomslayers find two more people in the fetid swamp with multiple definitions of Bad. The DM gains player inspiration but loses a piece of himself in the process

After letting the DM take a back seat role, it's time for him to get back to work. Lazy bum. Good food, bad food, good conversations and casual species-cism. Sweet dreams are not made of these, who but the DM can disagree

Let's try something different! The DM takes a back seat and the players get to decide very directly what happens. DM might add some flavor or context but it's a fun experiment. I recommend forever DMs to give it a try. So long and thanks for all the fish!

The Doomslayers are back in action with a new season and new mayhem. Probably. This starts off pretty nicely with some RP and Negotiating and dismemberment. Oh...Happy Mother's Day...
