Hi, I'm Helen. I love a good story. I love raw, candid conversations. This podcast explores how early life experience affect life trajectory...and what we can do about it.I dissect stories from my life, friends, and leading thought-leaders to gain understanding. I invite you to join me as I laugh and have vulnerable conversations shame, mental-health, and faith. I want to be who I needed when I was younger: someone raw. Someone present. For someone to look me in the eye and say "you're not alone". I hope to bring transparency in storytelling to bring about hope and healing.
