In the final episode of this season, Vanda Proskova, a Communications and Outreach Consultant at UNODA, interviews Lovely Umayam, a nuclear policy researcher, and Ian Fleming Zhou, a PhD candidate at the University of Pretoria.The concluding episode provides essential context for understanding the lasting significance of Hibakusha testimonies in the global movement toward nuclear disarmament and peace. This series is produced as part of the ⁠Y⁠⁠outh Leader Fund for a World without Nuclear Weapons⁠, a programme funded by the Government of Japan. 

For the fourth episode of our #YLF Podcast, Lovely Umayam sat down with Mr. Tanaka Terumi, a representative of Nihon Hidankyo and a Hibakusha from Nagasaki. Together, they chatted about Terumi-san's recollection of his life before and after the Nagasaki bombing, as well as his reaction to Nihon Hidankyo being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2024. Youth Leader Fund Participant Christelle Barakat interviewed Mr. Mise Seiichiro, a hibakusha from Nagasaki.
