Welcome to Zentermind's 7-day meditation challenge, where we explore nine popular types of meditation practices to help you cultivate mindfulness, relaxation, and inner peace. Each day, we'll focus on a different theme and title based on the type of meditation practice.On Day 1, we'll start with Mindfulness Meditation and the theme of Beginner's Mind. Day 2 will be about Spiritual Meditation and the theme of Connection with a Higher Power. On Day 3, we'll focus on Focused Meditation and the theme of Breath Awareness.Throughout the challenge, we'll also explore Movement Meditation, Mantra Meditation, Transcendental Meditation, Chakra Meditation, Visualization Meditation, Gratitude Meditation, and more. You'll have the opportunity to practice yoga as meditation, walking meditation, candle gazing, and other forms of meditation.By the end of the 7-day challenge, you'll have a wide variety of meditation practices to choose from and incorporate into your daily routine
