Alex Da Silva, known behind the decks as D-Silva, is a House & Techno DJ based in Toronto, Canada. D-Silva has played at some of the most respected venues in Toronto such as Toika, Li’ly Lounge & Bassline Music Bar as well as a special appearance at Wild Summer Festival in 2015. He has previously held a residency at Li’ly Lounge where he had the opportunity to play alongside the likes of Deko-Ze, Jerome Robins, Ticky Ty, MC Flipside, Addy & Robb G, and currently holds a residency at Bassline Music Bar for the weekly Tunesday Night Social events. D-Silva’s style is often described as a unique blend of rhythmic percussion patterns, deep minimal bass lines, and layers of both dark and uplifting melodies. D-Silva focuses on keeping tune with the energy of the crowd and creating a constant groove throughout his sets.
