This Canadian company has a possible deal because they are already one of the worlds biggest car parts suppliers, having generated nearly $40B of revenue in 2019 from products such as transmissions, vehicles, cameras, mirrors and seating. Lastly, SoFi chose to go public through a SPAC called $IPOE. SoFi helps members take control of their finances. Social Finance (SoFi) is an online provider of student loan refinancing, mortgages, personal loans, stock and cryptocurrency trading, and wealth management services.
