So Switching on?Today is focused on the body nutrition.We are reminding our mind through changes in our life system.SUGARS: The sugar is a product of body metabolism of foods. High sugar foods are required in cases where the body needs excess sugar for energy production.Excess sugar in blood stream causes dizziness. Practically, you will notice these when you consume high carbohydrate food or if you over feed yourself. Your brain shuts down. Your mind becomes blurry. So, ditch soft drinks.Replace floor snacks with fruits.Replace soft drinks with tea.Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.Breakfast; eat light and do not skip. Skipping of breakfast has been linked to Ulcer and other health issues. A cup of tea is enough instead of skipping unless on fast days. Portion Size: It is advisable to feed the body a little at a time than heavy calorie at a go. Make a mental adjustment of eating nutrient rich little portions than calorie loaded non nutritious oversized portions. Foods when consumed shouldn't stay beyond 3 hours in the stomach.Any food staying beyond this hour in the stomach, is detrimental to the body mrntabolismIntermittent Fasting. Fasting for 5 to 6 allows the body cell to cleanse itself. Some brain foods:Leafy vegetables LegumesAvocadoFatty fish rich in omega 3.Whole wheat FruitsMethod of food preparation is another aspect of switching on our fuelling system.Boil instead of fryingSteam instead of greadingAll within your food budgets.You are not spending more but you are intentional eating healthy to nourish your body and your brain.Addictions. Addictions are habits that controlled us. It is not part of intentional living. Therefore working on breaking off old addicts is a good process of switching on will power.Now is time to work off the addictive nature Eating out You will always have a choice on where to buy your food. All roads food sellers are not same. All quick service restaurant are not same. There is a reason why hotels are classified with stars.Within your current economic power, asked yourself the reason you choose a particular eat out over another.What's is the motive?Test?Quantity?Quality of service?You deserve quality customer service.You deserve to eat in a neat and safe environment.So if your current eat out are not offering that service, it's time to remake a choice.The bench mark of today is to increase yourself worth in your eyes.If you dont place a value on yourself others will determine it for you.The best place to do that is to take care of your stomach.You hear" I can't stomach that?"

It becomes stress.When you take your 10mins walk, jump rope, stretching etc.Your mind is intentional focused on what you are doing if you enjoy the process.But everyday take at least 10mins and feel the movement of your muscle as you exercise.Enjoy and feel the effects of the trainning on your muscle Learn a new skill, langauage or read a body outside your regularly collection.Improve your vocabulary OrListen to your heart beat as you increase your tempoPracticing mindfulness during exercise is cool.Can you smell your sweat without getting your nose close to any body part?

Day 2: Mind Food.Today, we will be clearing out the kitchen that feeds our mind.The mind's feed on information. This continues process of feeding can be done intentionally or unintentional. The food our minds eats are stored in our subconscious. The subconscious feeds the conscious mind.Which are the ways we think.Then this thinking pattern are devoped into characters and there by creating our realities.In order to reframe our minds.We will do clearing.Cupboard 1: Music Cabinet music is the food of the soul. But the lyrics are what we should watch out for.Do you know the lyrics of your favourite music?What aspect of your life is it feeding?For instant. Someone that lost a loved one will unconsciously sing funeral songs or self pity song because at that point they are songs that will sooth or sympathize with their current emotion.This tells you.The lyrics of the music box most be filled with positive vibes or things you want to achieve.Cupboard 2 Electronic MediaMost people are slave to the electronic media. Spent time surfing the web without plan.Are in groups that literally doesn't add positive things to their lives.Limit your usage of social media and filter out topics you want to read about.Divert your interest to groups that offers trainning in your field of desire.Your email: check it once or twice in a day. Respond immediately and refocus your mind to plans for the day.Cupboard 3 Book ShelfEvery humans that deserves to grow must create an hour in a day to seek the required knowledge. The more you know about yourself, your passion, your purpose, your career, your business the more confident you become.The more skill you acquire the more confident you are The more you implement your learnings, the more you increase your earning.The question isWhat do you want to learn?What books or magazine or newspaper should you dispose off?Its time to clear this cupboard and start stocking up for yourself new types of books for growth.Cupboard 4 SocializationThis cupboard contains the lists of events, association and friends you attend or surrounds yourself with.What are the common discussions there?Do they lament about the economy?Do they talk about humans?Do they talk about business Ideals and how to achieve them.Assignment: List all the association you belong and the value you get from them. Ask yourself if it is inline with where you want to be tommorrow. Make a list of your friends. What topics do you always discuss. Do they often complain or see a better tommorrow. The adage says, the people in your network is your network.Meaning the thoughts of the friends, family, acquaintances you have will determine the money in your account.Cupboard 5: Your Belief SystemWhat is your belief system like?Do you believe in limitations imposed on you by the forces?Do you believe you are empowered enough to ride over every gods.I tell you.You are a godAnd you must start believing that.The Creator has given you power to rule over all the earth. So as a king Rise and command your kingdom. Make a list and speak into your tommorow authoritatively.
