INDIVIDUAL.RIGHTS.OF.AOTEAROA.MOVEMENT. Individual rights of autonomy were guaranteed in article 2 of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. All treaty settlements which claim to be 'full and final' are unconstitutional - the few corporate iwi leaders cannot speak for the many who have not registered to their iwi trusts. We are standing up to this corrupt government, demanding they uphold their obligation to respect our rights to self determination on our land. We invite the pakeha to join us in living autonomously under the independent jurisdiction which was recognised and acknowledged in the 1835 Declaration of Independence / He Whakaputanga, and later confirmed and guaranteed in 1840 Tiriti o Waitangi (article 2). We have the constitutional right to form our own economy and trade internationally without interference. Help us hold the government to account so we may exercise our freedom together!
