What all been through troubles. We all lost confidences, and some of us have a hard time getting back because we feel along, or we don't know who to talk to, and this affects us significantly. It's time we speak up; I want you to know; we all have our ups and down. I have tried to take my life on many occasions. But I move past this thanks to people close to me.
