She was the primary speaker for the Ridgway Center's annual Paul Y. Hammond memorial lecture series and we were lucky enough for her to join us. Also on the panel is Matthew Pennock, a Ridgway Fellow who has written about the nuclear doctrines of India and Pakistan.
