This week we are sharing an episode from The Crucible - The JRTC Experience' Podcast, featuring a conversation with Gen. Andrew Poppas, the FORSCOM Commanding General. In this episode we discuss warfighting, building lethality, and combat readiness of our formations. Specifically, we look at how = adopting a “fight tonight” mindset while simultaneously keeping an eye towards modernization will enable us to win the next fight. Combat training centers are critical for building lethality into our formations; leaders develop critical skills as they work through the friction of simulated combat.
