About Kathryn: I grew up with a challenging and traumatic childhood. I lost my mother during my formative years at age three. This has truly been my source of my greatest pain, depression, anxiety and has forever altered my course. Family turmoil ruled my life through my 20s. I suffered largely from emotional, mental, and spiritual pain during my early years. I was buying into what I was told and modeled and developed many toxic habits and mindsets. I had always been a spiritual person who noticed signs in nature and patterns around me. I have had premonitions, psychic abilities and prophetic dreams that came true. I practiced these skills during my waking life, and it has been a great source of direction and guidance for me. I can “read” someone without even knowing them, I can tap into the field of energy around them and know a wealth of information that gives me insight into their core being. A series of spiritual awakenings have guided me and influenced my life. I underwent my first awakening which lasted over the course of several years. I recognize the frequency of change and see things aligning in my future. It is almost like putting a puzzle together one piece at a time. This has served me well in my life. This awakened me to become more caring with myself and others, trustworthy of the Universe and positive in my habits, outlook, and mindset. I felt the calling to go deeper into my soul and service others in a profound way during the COVID 19 pandemic. I knew that there was more to life than what I had been living and found the need to make a change in my life. I am so appreciative of this wake-up call and call to action. I began to truly live the life I desired during this time, despite the pandemic and lockdown. I was able to spend more time with my family, get more rest, have more fun and be in the moment. I knew that this was true happiness! Since then, I have undergone a huge transformation in my life. I have been able to shift my life to be about relationships, unconditional love, gratitude, joy and being present. I have a close affiliation with nature and recognize signs and can trust my intuition. I am a mother of one lovely little girl and married to my very thoughtful husband. We have two playful and sweet dogs, who enjoy playing outdoors and snuggling up for naptimes. We have had so many great memories together and love to spend time together. I am a certified Integrative Holistic and Energy Healing Practitioner. I also hold a master’s degree in Psychology with my bachelor’s degree in Business. Hello and welcome. Nellie Apostolova is an Enlightenment and Embodiment teacher, based in Spain.
