Cycles at The Playa
In September’s lesson “Cycles at The Playa” learners will classify the different seasons, and explore the cycles of organisms and the playa. MJ teaches Mary the importance of water in the playa's wet and dry cycles, we listen to a story about our friend Rainy, and we learn some new Spanish vocabulary words!
WILD Friendships
WILD at The Preserve is back for the Fall session and we are taking a closer look at symbiosis in nature! In the lesson “WILD Friendships” learners will identify various organisms that work together for their mutual benefit, and engage in ecosystem concepts. Tune in while MJ and Mary work with volunteers at The Preserve and learn more about butterflies and their friends the flowers.
