Your friendly mental health activist here to tell you that OCD is for the birds... I would know! Here in this podcast, I'll be interviewing different mental health providers around Birmingham, AL and connecting with friends all over to discuss the struggles of different mental health disorders and to discuss tips and tricks on to get through it all. I have battled OCD since I was a child, and now I'm wanting to use my struggles to encourage others so that they know they're not alone. I'd say so much more but I'm only given 600 characteristics. Darn- I guess you'll have to listen in for more!
