007: Over Consuming vs Under Consuming

In episode seven, we compare the concept of over consuming versus under consuming. Not primarily focusing on food related consumption, however, more so the content and information we consume through online entities.  Through listening to this episode, audience members will gain an understanding that ingredients are only good if we use them, but too many ingredients can also be ineffective. We discuss the idea that we should produce more than we consume, be more meaningful with our time, and how boredom sparks creativity.  We give actionable steps and how we can appreciate simplicity, welcome in other perspectives, diversify who we follow, set screen limits to mitigate mindless scrolling, and ultimately defeat “infobesity”. There are a plethora of amazing perspectives, insights, and information in this world, but we must be able to focus on what's important.
