#010: Sarah Seib of Cuppa Candles on the Psychology of Scent, Creating Environmentally Friendly Products, and Being Vulnerable as a Business Owner

from Cultivate with Alex Canavan · host CNY Women's Network

Today, I have on Sarah Seib. She is not only the creator and owner of Syracuse’s first DIY candle bar, but she’s also the co-owner and board vice president of Wildflowers Armory.  The mission of Wildflowers Armory is to create and sell regionally made artwork by local artists, but also to feature a section of homegrown products, Syracuse-inspired apparel, and a fun mix of eclectic and unique items, and Sarah’s business, Cuppa Candles, is located downstairs inside of Wildflowers in the McCarthy Mercantile at 217 S. Salina Street!  Sarah is a lifelong Syracuse resident looking to build community and civic pride through creativity. She is the definition of a master of her craft. Any question you ask that has to do with scents and candles, she breaks it down to the most granular level. With the amount of pride she puts into everything she does, I know her business is going to be a smashing success.  To check out Cuppa Candles on Instagram, click here To check out Cuppa Candles’ website, click here  To check out Wildflowers on Instagram, click here UPCOMING EVENTS: Monthly Breakthrough: December 13, 2023 click here.
