030 | The 100 Mile Dad

Byron Yoder is a 36-year-old entrepreneur. He is married and has 3 kids. He just finished running a 100-mile race, up and down the mountains fo Wyoming.

Prior to this race, he had never even run so much as a 5k, and trained for less than a year.... and the best thing is out of the ~300 racers that started, he placed 9th!
