He started practising Yoga in 2015 following a back injury and it soon became a part of his life.  Daryn found himself being drawn to the ancient wisdom of various yogic texts and experimenting with how this knowledge can be incorporated as part of our modern lives. He found that, if practised correctly and consistently, Yoga can help to relieve suffering and transform our experiences. In 2018 he began teaching groups and individuals. More recently has trained as a yoga therapist. Yoga has the power to transform the way we experience life. From a place of stress, pressure and anxiety about how to keep life under control, by following the traditional path of Yoga, we can move to a place where we trust in life and thus it becomes more spacious, intentional and expansive. The teachings of both ancient and modern yogis have provided scientific paths to liberate ourselves from suffering and pain by taking us on a journey of Self discovery.  His mission is to teach as traditionally as his knowledge permits in order to bring to light the many aspects of Yoga (beyond postures) to support his students' physical, mental and spiritual journeys.    Connect with Daryn: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/darynsyogashala/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@darynsyogashala  Website: https://www.darynsyogashala.com/ ……………………….. ⭐️ USEFUL LINKS: Time Management for Entrepreneurs & Professionals: https://bit.ly/YOURFREECHAPTER Buy the book: https://bit.ly/TMFEAPBOOK Buy it on Amazon (Available Worldwide) Audit your Time: https://bit.ly/AUDITYOURTIME Other useful links: https://bit.ly/EPISODELINKS   ⭐️SUCCESS BY DESIGN TRAINING SOCIAL MEDIA: Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/abigailrbarnes/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/successbydesigntraining/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/successbdtraining X (Twitter): https://twitter.com/sbdtraining YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@successbydesigntraining   ABOUT ABIGAIL BARNES: Abigail Barnes is the founder & CEO of Success by Design Training, an award-winning entrepreneur, author, speaker, and corporate trainer on time management and productive wellbeing.
