#0324 – Middle Management Leadership with Patrick McGuire

from Deep Leadership · host Jon S. Rennie

Today, I’m joined by Patrick McGuire, and we're talking about Middle Management Leadership. Patrick is an IT Director, Life Coach, Martial Artist, and Yoga Instructor. In his leadership roles, he has successfully navigated the complexities of technology management and team leadership in a fast-moving company. He also has a passion for personal development and helping others which he does through his life coaching programs. He has more than 200 hours of yoga training and has earned a black belt in Kung Fu requiring thousands of hours of training and practice. In his early 20s, Patrick faced significant challenges, which fueled his commitment to personal growth and development. He is now dedicated to guiding others through life’s obstacles, empowering them to become the best versions of themselves. I’m excited to have him on the show to talk about the importance of leadership in middle management.
