She explains the main ED types and their characteristics, Anorexia Bulimia Binge Eating Orthorexia and how we can become more aware of these types of eating disorders.  In this episode we share our very own experiences with eating disorders and how we recovered from them. Rachel Evans, has a PhD in the psychology of eating and was named one of the top 50 influencers of 2019 by the Health Bloggers Community for her award winning blog Healthy & Psyched. Rachel overcame orthorexia and bulimia and now writes blog posts, runs workshops and connects with clients 1-to-1, to help them to transform their relationship with food, their body and their wellbeing, to nourish their life.
