053: Prorogued Review Show

from At the Flicks · host At the Flicks

Our apologies for the delay in releasing our end of month show. We were all set to upload then suddenly Neil used his veto to prorogue the podcast. Neil felt he should be in charge and have final say, and there should be less comments about him from Jeff. Needless to say, the others joined forces in a loose collation to bring back power for the people. Thankfully, sense prevailed and the proroguing was deemed unlawful. With court procedures now over, here is the end of August podcast for you to vote on. Will Dec's choices in our Carry On Streaming section meet with your approval? We think you will vote to hear more about such shows as The Society, Dark Crystal : Age Of Resistance and Love, Death and Robots. Then there is the At The Flicks equivalent of question time as we have a committee to discuss our reviews of the month. Darren joins us again for our reviews of The Lion King and Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. Lucy is also on the show as she casts her votes on whether such films as The Highwaymen, Hobbs and Shaw and Yesterday deserve to be unleashed on the public. We hope you enjoy the show and, if there is a public vote, you give your say on this latest episode of At The Flicks. Thank you very much for listening.
