“Always”, “Should”, “THE Thing”, “You HAVE to”. On a daily we have access to so much information and each person you talk to has a thing that can work for you too. The thing is though, is that we don’t live in a world of absolutes. We live in a world of gray. When we try to live in absolutes burnout, shame, judgment and spiraling often happens. In this episode, I break down why it is so important to not be black on white on your growth, in your information consumption, in your productivity and pretty much in everything you do. We dive into honoring where you are and using your own judgment as you consume. There is no cookie cutter solution to this and what works for one person does not work for another.
