Welcome! My name is Raphaëlle! I am here to guide those who are on the path to creating a life in which they are the best version of themselves. I did lots of sports when I was younger and I was completely immersed in my work as a real estate agent before having children. Then I flipped my world upside down as I started on my healing journey. My old life slowly came apart and things unfolded beautifully. These days, I am interested in conscious parenting, child development, relationships, yoga and spirituality, psychology and personal growth. I enjoy deep conversations. I have always loved reading and writing. I feel at my best and most inspired when I am outside, in nature. I love to learn. I am an intense and passionate person, I like to get to the bottom of things. I have lived a good part of my life devoid of emotions, focused on performance, perfectionism and productivity. Now I am mostly about openness, vulnerability and full permission for all emotions and the entire spectrum of human experiences. Less doing, more being, more creativity, more alignment and more fun, married, at home with two kids, a 5 year-old boy and a 1 year-old girl.
