Welcome to Episode 18 of The School of Intention podcast 10 Signs That It's Time For A Big Life Change. After about two decades of Feng Shui with people, I've come to see a bunch of usual and unusual signs that people display when they're ready to level up their lives.

1. Sleepless Nights: Constantly waking up or struggling to sleep without a clear reason can signal it's time for a positive life change.

2. Wellness Warnings: Minor health issues like sudden allergies or unexplained bruises may be subtle indicators prompting a shift in your life.

3. Overwhelm Overdrive: Feeling overwhelmed frequently might be the universe's way of urging you to make a significant change.

4. Robotic Routine: If life feels like a monotonous cycle with no excitement or inspiration, it's a strong sign to recalibrate and embrace change.

5. Yearning for Escape: Constantly daydreaming about vacations or eagerly watching the clock at work indicates a need for a positive life shift.

6. Erupting Conflicts: Increased arguments and frictions could be a manifestation of suppressed emotions, signaling the need for change.

7. Temptation to Lie: Feeling compelled to embellish or hide aspects of your life suggests a lack of authenticity, urging a decisive shift.

8. Emotional Roller Coaster: Unstable moods and energy levels, experiencing highs and lows, may signal the need to declutter and reset.

9. Procrastination Patter: Talking about change without taking action suggests you might be avoiding the right time, emphasizing the need for immediate action.

10. Lots of Clutter:Clearing physical and mental clutter can provide clarity and pave the way for a transformative life change.
