Předvánoční doba je pro mě tradičně jedním z nejkrásnějších období roku. Proč jsem se letos rozhodla se trochu uklidnit a ze svého pomyslného seznamu vánočního to-do listu seškrtat několik aktivit? A jak moc se mi ulevilo? Posílám tuhle výzvu dál a vyprávím, proč je někdy lepší se opravdu zaměřit na to, abychom se uvnitř cítili lépe, než plnit naše představy dokonalých Vánoc.
