117: Believe the truth or lies? You choose.

The truth is we have a choice.  Believe in the truth or buying into the lies. What we choose has the power to keep feeling stuck in a crazy downward spiral OR set us free from toxic thoughts and into a life full of freedom. Whatever our anxiety - it falls into one of these three categories of lies: I'm unworthy. I'm unloveable. I'm helpless. But sisters, that's not the truth. Listen in and be empowered to make the brave choice and believe God's truths about you.  Let's fight, ladies!
