In this episode, Fergus is joined by Jonny Davies, Ultra runner and fitness content creator. In 3 days, Jonny will be taking on his next huge challenge, running to all of the capital cities of the UK and Ireland, starting in Edinburgh and finishing in London. To do this, he will have to cover 960km in just 11 days. Jonny shares his reason for taking on such an unfathomable challenge, as well as the planning and preparation required.
