Trained by both Yoga Medicine and Three Physiyoga, she specializes in offering personalized, one-on-one sessions tailored to her clients' needs. Over the past decade, Olga has shared her expertise in movement and yoga in various settings, from yoga studios and gyms to physiotherapy clinics and dance centers. Currently, she connects with clients virtually from her van, offering individualized lessons and running her virtual yoga studio with prerecorded classes from breathtaking natural locations. In addition to her teaching, Olga is the creative mind behind illustrated resources for yoga teachers, including the innovative Yoga Pad—a sequencing journal—and a poster featuring 155 yoga poses.
