12 Lessons from 2023 | EP5

Lions! It's a bittersweet feeling to watch 2023 come to an end. It's been one helluva rollercoaster. The laughter, the tears, the hard days/ sleepless nights, and all the days filled with love, gratitude and joy, I must say I am beyond grateful for this year. Despite the challenges, I can truly say I am who I am today because of every moment I experienced from this year. It was beyond eye-opening. I finally saw myself for the first time... my self that has been buried beneath my childhood pain and trauma, the people-pleasing and codependency. The low self worth and need to be validated. I found a deep love and appreciation for the person I am growing into and for that I am forever grateful.  In today's Lionhearted Conversation, I shared a glimpse into what 2023 taught me and this honestly felt like we were just touching the surface. These 12 lessons were the ones that made the most impact, but some honorable mentions are: -Don't be afraid to try new things -The only opinion that matters for your life is your own -The things that scare you the most, DO IT!  Thank you 2023 for the light that you shed on our lives and on the world we live in. Thank you for bringing us together and for removing what is no longing serving us and our highest good. Thank you for the love, the experiences, the opportunities and everything in between.  It's been real...
