Sie haben mit “BeVegt” die mit Abstand größte deutschsprachige Seite zum Thema Fitness und vegane Ernährung gegründet. Die beiden sind begeisterte Marathonläufer und haben dutzende Ausbildungen und Zertifizierungen in den Bereichen Fitness und Ernährung. Sie starteten 2010 ihren veganen Blog aufgrund eines Experiments, dass sie ein Monat kein Fleisch mehr essen wollten. Mittlerweile haben sie über 300.000 monatliche Blog-Besucher, haben diverse Online-Kurse, Wanderreisen, Ebooks, Coachings und einen Shop mit Laufshirts für ihre Marathons. Sie haben auch einen der bekanntesten Podcasts der Ernährungsbranche, der 2016 online ging und schreiben aktuell an ihrem ersten Buch "Run Vegan". In den insgesamt 3 Episoden sind unglaublich viele spannende Themen dabei, wir sprechen u.a. über ihre Routinen, über ihre tolle "Möglichst-Formel", was sie Menschen raten würden, die eine Ernährungsumstellung anstreben, über die größten Learnings nach dutzenden Marathons für das Leben und über das wichtige Thema der Ausdauer, das die beiden nicht nur bei ihren Läufen beweisen sondern bei all ihren Projekten. Außerdem sprechen wir über die Dinge, die die beiden supplementieren, über ihre gemeinsame Selbständigkeit, über Fokus und natürlich auch über ihren Code of Greatness.
