Her latest book is called Finally Asleep a Step by Step Guide to Overcoming Insomnia NaturallyShe has written articles for Eco-Sense, The Celiac News, Total Fit Magazine, Kris Carr’s Crazy Sexy Life blog and MindBodyGreen. Shirley has given seminars on food allergies, cooking and menu planning at health clinics and health food stores and graced the cooking stage at both The Woman’s Show and Go Green Expo, sharing her cooking talents and gluten free recipes with the attendees.
