Быть на ты  - use informal “you” девушка - girl - девушка Парень - a guy - парень. но Моя девушка - my girlfriend или “его девушка”- his girlfriend. Мой парень - my boyfriend или “её парень” - her boyfriend Быть одного возраста с кем-то - to be the same age with someone Люди старшего возраста - older people Здороваться/поздороваться, приветствовать/поприветствовать - to greet someone Знакомиться - to meet someone, to get acquainted with someone Знакомый / Знакомая - a person you know but he or she is not a close friend.
