Die medikamentöse Behandlung von Psychosen ist mit viel Unsicherheit verbunden. Dabei gibt es eine relativ klare Position innerhalb der S3-Leitlinie der DGPPN und gute Empfehlungen bei der Medikamentenreduktion von verschiedenen Autoren. Schade, dass am Ende nicht nur die Angst der Betroffenen, sondern auch die Angst der Profis entscheidet "auf Nummer sicher" zu gehen.
