This week on Our Taste is Trash, Josh and Jade tackle Brothers, the new dark comedy on Amazon Prime starring Josh Brolin and Peter Dinklage. Directed by Max Barbakow, the film follows Moke (Brolin) and Jady (Dinklage), twin brothers with a lifetime of tension and estrangement, who reunite after 30 years to pull off a chaotic heist. Joined by their unconventional mother, Cath (Glenn Close), and an eccentric accomplice (Brendan Fraser), the brothers navigate old rivalries and new twists in a story full of dark humor and family drama. In addition, Josh and Jade discuss upcoming TV releases, including Severance Season 2, Silo Season 2, and The Sex Lives of College Girls Season 3. They also dig into the recent revival of network television and speculate on why audiences are tuning back in to traditional TV shows. Listen, so that someday we can grow up to be podcasters.
