I’ve been very blessed to not get Covid until June 2022.  I avoided it long enough and I guess my time came.   I’m a very social person so quarantining for 5 days made me originally believe that that could feel like 5 MONTHS.  I missed a salsa dancing night, a dinner, time with family, and workouts in the gym.  That’s one way to look at it.   The other way to look at it is… what could I LEARN thru this experience?  I’m very lucky that my symptoms were mostly mild and I know not everyone is that fortunate.  I used the next 5 days to learn about myself and I hope you’ll get some valuable takeaways that you can use whether you have an illness or not.  I should not have waited until I got sick to do an exercise like this.    Connect with Matt: http://Instagram.com/mattscoletti  http://Facebook.com/mattscoletti  https://www.tiktok.com/@mattscoletti  http://Twitter.com/mattscoletti  www.MattScoletti.com Email me: [email protected]
