#165 - How Slowing Down Will Scale Up Your Business

from Live Full Work Fun Podcast

You must slow down to scale up. That concept seems counterintuitive, doesn't it? On the contrary, slowing down is exactly what you should be doing if you're looking to scale your business. You can't be on that hamster wheel of always trying to cram in more work into your day. Hamster wheels go nowhere. They're just spinning in circles. The faster you run; the faster the wheel goes yet you're still staying in one place. All you get is tired. Once you slow down and get off that hamster wheel that's when you go places. Not by yourself anyway. During this growth period, it's going to be extremely important to tug on the reigns a bit of being busy and refrain from pushing to do more in your workday. To slow down is much easier said than done. Especially when your to-do list is a mile long. But when you do slow down, you are able to put actions in place to scale to the next level of your business.  Listen as I share three ways that you must slow down to scale up. Reading Documenting Planning The need to slow down happens at the busiest times in your business. Don't fall into the trap of running in circles.
