168. Toppermost: Back To The Egg, anden del. Med Lars Daneskov

Hvor meget røg kan der være i et pladestudie? Kan en tekst blive for fjollet, hvis den skal blive et hit? Var David Bowie ude på at snyde McCartney? Er det passende at bede om penge, når man hedder Mills Brothers? Kan man virkelig se rummet fra sin dagligstue? Der er så mange spørgmål der venter på at blive besvaret i denne anden del af "Toppermost" om "Back The Egg" - albummet med Wings fra 1979. I første del fik du forhistorien om pladen, samt en gennemgang af de tre første numre på side 1. Nu sættes pedalen i bund til skæring fire, "Spin It On". Måske en gang fjolle-rock, "Pogo", eller Punk? Der er virkelig mange, mange genrer i spil på "Back To The Egg", men faktum er at albummet fortsat er den grimme ælling i McCartneys 70´er katalog. Det glemte barn - det udstødte æg. Det fortjener den bare ikke. Der er masser af spændende materiale på pladen, og lige her får det en fortjent krammer af Lars Daneskov og undertegnede. Der er nemlig flere deciderede perler på pladen, og en god produktion der stadigvæk lyder frisk. Et spørgsmål til:  En verden uden "Arrow Through Me", "Winter Rose/Love Awake" eller "Baby´s Request" ? Nej tak.  Lars er god ven af podcasten, rasende godt selskab, forfatter og tidligere radiovært på P3. "Der var engang et eventyr" - ni moderne eventyr for børn i alle aldre er hans seneste fine bogudgivelse – og så har han lavet musik med Tamra Rosanes og skal nu i gang med at skrive teksterne til det, der bliver Mike Tramps tredje album på dansk.
