185. Nicki Koziarz -- Why Her?

Have you heard my first episode with Nicki Koziarz back in 2020. We talk about her book,  *Why Her. The subtitle is 6 Truths We Need to Hear When Measuring Up Leaves Us Falling Behind. This book is all about comparison and I think this is such a real struggle in our lives especially with social media. We are going to address that today, and I am so excited to share some of my favorite truths from her book. Going back and listening to this, reminded me of the importance of helping our kids navigate this comparison struggle. Cannot wait for you to hear the truths from Nicki's book.
