Jodi Harrison Bauer is 63-year-old. She has her own podcast called Fearlessly Authentic running for the last 4 years. This is also a live radio show. She founded her own boutique fitness studio called JodiFit...when she was 50! She is a two-time World Bikini Champion; and the oldest woman to compete in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. She has been active most of her life, but only got into competition when she was in menopause. Her mission is to empower women to live authentically and truthfully. We talk about hormone therapy and how she got through menopause while she was in the middle of competing in fitness shows. She shares her opinion on HRT and how she dealt with menopausal weight gain.
