This year, the ASALH is putting on the first virtual festival for Black History Month called The Black Family: Representation, Identity, and Diversity, much of which is available online through their YouTube channel. They will also be hosting a marquee event called Finding Our Roots in African American History: A Conversation with Henry Louis Gates and Evelyn Brooks Higginbotham.
